I definitely want to see pics!

I am just at the point where people are noticing, which has been a really nice ego boost for me.

Hi Meredith!

I am glad you are doing well.  It's hard to believe our babies are 16!

Are you still in the same house?  I point it out every time we are on the highway 😂

I am!  It's hard for me to believe, but we've lived here for 21 years.

I stopped weighing myself (because I didn't want to know  :D) and was shocked at how much I gained.  Almost 30 pounds in 3 years.  I was also really low energy and just blah.

I don't eat breakfast now.  I just do a version of bulletproof coffee (1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp coconut oil, a scoop of collagen powder and a bit of whipping cream all blended in my vitamax).  That keeps me full until lunch.

My big thing has been finding recipes that mimic real bread as that is the main thing I find myself missing.  I have been doing cloud bread for burgers which is good and then one of my friends gave me a recipe for a jalapeño cheese biscuit which doesn't even taste keto.

I don't want to talk about my keto journey on facebook, so I thought this might be a good place to have a discussion.

Anyone on here doing keto?  My husband and I started strict Keto at the end of March.  We both have been packing on the weight over the past few years and originally we decided to do this to lose weight.

I was skeptical - butter???  cream cheese?   :D , but have really bought in.  Besides the weight loss (15 lbs so far), I just feel so much better.

We are for sure staying on strict keto until the end of June, but then will likely allow for some cheating in order to have a few things we miss (like sushi).

Anyone else on keto?  I'd love to share successes, stalls, recipes...

I am getting closer to my first bird leaving the nest.  Right now I don't know how I feel about it.

Howdy, neighbor! 😁
I’m taking full advantage of Sloane being home for the summer and relegating her to taxi duties if she wants to use my van...the hand me down car she was using finally died. 😂

Annika gets her licence in October.  I will totally take advantage of that!

Hi everyone,

I'm Michelle.  Mom to three - Annika (16), Anders (14) and Sascha (12).  I was pretty active in the early days of OLU and Ultimate Baby.  My main group was the Hoochie Mamas ( ;D ).

My life is basically the same as it was all those years ago.  I teach high school, live in the country outside of Newmarket (Hi, Marg!) and spend most of my time driving my kids here, there and everywhere.

I am so happy that Robyn put this together and I hope we can keep it going.  I was able to keep up with a number of people via facebook, but it definitely wasn't the same.

Hi!

I don't recognise you from last time, but 2 of my three kids are older than yours, so we were probably in different playgroups.  :)

Thank you so much for setting this up!!

I can't believe you have become the Brady Bunch!  lol  Obviously, I follow your life on facebook, but I didn't know that Rob had three girls.
