I started Keto last spring and lost about 15 pounds, but then the school year started, was insanely stressful, and I've kind of fallen off the wagon. School ends in 10 days and I'll be able to devote more time and energy to it. It's definitely the "easiest" way of eating for me to follow and I seldom feel deprived. It also helped with joint pain I had been having.
